Self Help - The Achiever Stage

This is probably the stage at which you will discover serious self help. You're interested in your own emotions and how your own mind works a little bit more than previous stages, which didn't really care. This is also why when you try to introduce self help or actualize that org to your parents or your friends who are at the lower conventional stages, they don't get it, or they don't understand the significance of the discovery.
