The Next Step Is Conceptualization

Team therapy doesn't treat a diagnosis, it treats people for what they want help with. What we want to do is conceptualize the nature of the problem. And there's four things to choose from to make it simple. The first choice might be an individual mood problem. Third would be habit or addiction like overeating and procrastinating. Fourth could be uncomplicated grief where a person doesn't have distorted thoughts.
