War deftly brings up something for me, and maybe for other families too. I think this is a highly triggering outside environment for all of us. And depending on what we experienced when we were little, or maybe in past lives, whoever knows, things are getting inflamed again. And ye, there is the question how to respond. And i think the response has to be both psychological and spiritual. It's certainly in my less hopeful moments i feel very deeply overwhelmed by it, feeling like we're caught in this cycle.
