When Giving Bad Feedback, Just Have It Written Down

When giving bad feedback, or worse, like, write down what you're going to say and make those words come out of your mouth right? It's true. One of my friends, e saa, a c r of a company, has had to fire so many people over the years rat just like, that's kind of the job when you manage lots of sales peplo. And he was like, listen, logan, the first thing i do is i tell him that we're oig to have a hard conversation, and then i get the words out of my mouth. You're going to be moving on.
