The Importance of ACL Injuries in Rugby

Rugby has always been a special interest of mine and I think that is as a result of maybe more of the the strength of conditioner sport science background. The longer-term planning nature of it and how you can be far from being subjected with other sort of smaller injuries quote-unquote. It allows that sort of longer-term plan and complexity and comprehensiveness of actually making it a real tangible change to the person given the fact that you're going to have nine to 12 months to to rehab them and recondition them.
