The Role of Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring in the New Guidelines
Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is used to confirm the diagnosis of high blood pressure. The new AMP guidelines recommend using home ossalometric devices, not cuff sizes for little kids. It should be at every well child visit or when they're younger, they have more frequent, you know, well child visits for vaccinations and things like that.
