The Power of a Depth Chart for Student Leadership

In college, I mainly was trained by the navigators. The staff guy turned it over to the student leaders and so we developed a depth chart. We had 269 people that were specifically identified in small groups being discipled in a group from this huge depth chart. All over this wall. And so that depth chart concept is a pretty powerful one to not only do your praying, but your planning and your and et cetera - which of these individuals do we want to start talking to about potential staff position? Right,. yeah, we talked about individuals, not just ministry events or programs.
