I believe that from 2021 onwards, the emails became quite weak. We've actually pivoted more to much more of a sort of an inbound strategy with LinkedIn. The reps are following people, they're commenting, they're engaging with people. They're posting their own content as well,. And that's much more of that sort of inbound final process. So 1% less than 1% outreach response rate from the emails. What was the connector in the phones? Do you have a conversation? The correct, the connect rate was around about 8%. People take it, it fluctuates for month to month. But the actual conversion rates of those calls were sitting at, sitting at 10%.
