How you feel about your ADHD is unarguable. Don't draw a line in the sand if you can help it. You don't have to say everybody should take this medication. I wish I could figure out a way to live my peaceful wildness, James, without any medication whatsoever. But I can't. So I take the side effects on the chin because it's worth it. It's a very personal individual decision. If you want a few drama and truth bombs, go for some of the hard hitters. Have them these bullet point lists on your phone. Those are my tips for how we talk about Indiscus feelings - not drawing lines in the sun.
