How to Change the Albido of the Earth's Surface
The albido means how much of the sunlight that comes in a on the earth's surface actually gets reflected back out into space and does not get absorbed. Right now, if you look at ocean water, the albidos pry more on the order of about five%. The reason we have 30 % is primarily because of clouds. So if you make the earth completely cloud covered, you can kick the albito up fairly high. But allf a sudden, we're back to that cloud problem of not being able to see sun, moon and stars. And then again, if you're at the Earth's surface, you don't see anything beyond a couple of miles up.
