The Hard-Seltzer Revolution

The hard-seltzer revolution has sort of passed me by, you know, and it's funny because it would have been a great addendum to my vodka book. It has found new life. Although all the white claws and such are just malt liquor. That's right. This is the new thing. The new thing is that we put the actual liquor. And I think that comes partly because of the finished long drink became kind of a thing. So everybody started adding actual alcohol. But of course you could do it yourself by just mixing a drink but this is the thing. Okay. Let's see how we feel about it.
