Coaches Misusing Their Staffs
Coaches often operate in isolation when working with their full staff. There's no support nor studies being done on the roll of an assistant coach or the roll of a support staff. If you're basically just hiring a young aversion of yourself, that person is just likely to agree with you all the time and actually not really support ed in the way they eat. Mental health and mental well-being are increasingly significant issues for society. Anyone who has any sort of leadership issue can override anyone else.
