Evolution isn't about finding the most efficient thing, but it's about usin lon wortof what you've got. They all got to swim northyege, what are you following? The stars? Hemon wo know, make magnetic fields. And yet, that those am the evolution of those migratory patterns, instead of really interesting. Because clearly there is something about the the southern pacific ocean that i it'll be environmental as to the a right amount of food, avadable water temperature and all those sort of things to breed. Well, there haven't been mutations to allow them to do that yet.
