How Children Learn to Understand the Way Adults Learn
I am amazed at how much overlap there is in managing and leading team companies and like being in a band. I think most adults don't want to hear that the way that they would learn to write software is very similar to the way that children learn. What have your children taught you about what it means to learn on your skill and how intuitive or what kind of process they use? Yeah. It's not something I bring up often because I think it feels condescending. Like a child is incredibly fast. It's a machine optimized for learning, going around the sleep of I tried something, I failed. And now I'm getting better.
