The body's intelligence has been something that I've been working with related to my intuition because I found that I will feel intense sensations in my body connected to moments of like high emotion or intense emotion. And sometimes it's mind, sometimes it's not. Sometimes it's like a message trying to come through. But the body is just incredible. It's like this little radar or like a little, yeah, it'slike a little, where there's information coming in.
