The Upside of Oil Prices
March is refinery and maintenance season. What we're going to see during March is a lot of builds in crude oil. That's why I think it's not done. If we are going to ever see any kind of price recovery this year, it's going to be end of April, beginning of May, June 2, beginning of June 3. At that point, you have debt recontideration. So if these companies don't get more money, they're not going to survive or go bankrupt.
