For some of us, being open and truly vulnerable feels vulnerable. Instead of your usual go to emotion, i want you to go underneath that to other. So if your usual emotion is anger, go under it to something that may be like sadness. Go under it toSomething else that might be strength. That tends to be the thing that gets you outat the man. And so in order to get there, move into a place of vulnerability and do something different.
