Do Low Carbodiets Really Work?

People may feel like theyr eating more fat because that fat doesn't come with the carbohydrates. While intake of fat in absolute amounts goes up a little bit at the very, very beginning of the diet, it actually comes back down again quite quickly. This is how people end up eating fewer calories overtime. Food tastes better when it has fat in it. And it does provide calories. Calories matter on both ends of the spectrum. You can have too many, but you can also have too few.
