The Role of the Child Protection Services in India
Under the poxolaw act there is mandatory reporting that includes everyone of us who may expect or come across the case. So if a doctor were to find a child who he or she suspects for sexual abuse he or she is supposed to call in the police. In many places in hospitals we now have a one-stop crisis center set up whereby you know those services are all in one place.
