Using Linguistic Frameworks in a Conlang

A linguistic framework is basically a way that linguists analyze natural languages. It's very much something that we're talking about with people whose goal is making a naturalistic language, which I think all three of us to some degree are interested in. So the overall message that I want to convey is that tools do make some things easier. They also make other things more difficult. And if you stick to just a single tool, it will make certain things seem almost impossible.
