The Harm Mitigator?

i'm looking for to the the harm mitigator, or maybe the harm mitigate. I think with te new kind of ethics and language tha people used to describe and characterize and prioritize things about journalism. And i don't know if we're worried about misinformation. Are we worried about misapplied knowledge? Is it something that exists to further a kind of social justice gaals, or protect cosset them? It's an interesting story.
