Indistractable Is Not Just About Tec Distraction

We need to go deeper againm, i'm certainly not criticising any particular author's work. We've been told that the solution is a digital detax it's a 30 day programme get rid of it. The opposite of distraction is traction - anything you do with intent. Distract pulls you away from what you want. It's really about intent. I don't say that video games are somehow morally inferior to watching a football game. There is no difference. But why is everybody obsessed with what video games and facebook are doing to our brains? And we've forgotten about what television, or too much too many reading books, or or whatever the distraction might be?
