Using a Tracking Blocker in Emergency Alerts

Fima, the federal emergency management agenc, published an advisory asking t v inna, radio operators to up date the softer that their alert system devices are using. Apparently a paper or talk will be published at defcon later this week releasing details about a volnability in the system. The purpose of these alerts is to provide urgent information. So it's not always feasible that people wilt of double check the alert that they are receiving teate system.
