Today we are speaking with a woman who reached out to discuss body dysmorphic disorder. It's a mental health disorder in which a person can't stop thinking about their perceived defects and flaws that are typically minor or nonexistent. Our guest wrote, I have no concept of what my appearance actually is. Every day it seems like my body looks wildly different from the day before.
