Brad: I would call my customers every two to three months just to see how they were doing. There was zero objective on my part. It wasn't to try to get referrals or anything. But then even identifying those parts in their process, whatever you're selling, that three months down the road. So for me, it was when they got their first lower electric bill, I would reach out to them again and say, Hey, is there one or two individuals that would love to see your lower electric bill?"
