How to Find a Pastor

I wonder if churches have not done a good job in knowing the kind of people they need to continue to shepherd them and teach them. I'm guessing you're seeing committees in the 19th century and proliferating as the century goes on. There's no biblical qualifications for those who would fill the offices of being in those committees. If you have a lack of plurality of elders in a lot of Baptist churches, which is when that started to happen,.
