How to Diagnose and Treat Physical Abuse in Children
Abusive head trauma is most common in infants. Abdominal trauma typically is a little bit older, like more the toddlers that they present with. Non-mobile infants are times that raise our concern just because the children aren't as active and an infant's not going to be running around or playing football in a way that they could get bruising.
