The Three Habits of Response to Tension
The third habit is response to temptation. This is a term that is not particularly used in course circles. It's introduced at the end of the text and it plays a major role in the workbook. The basic idea is responding with a thought from the course to a disturbance of your piece, such as when you feel threatened or disturbed. And we have italicized and dented lines to repeat - whenever you're upset, repeat these words.
