Tara grew up with horses. She was riding at high school and before high school as well. Louise, who works with me, has done the equine therapy training. So she's really, really into that. And when I finished my coaching course, the women who trained me in coaching got together with a horse owner and they put that together to do coaching with horses. The first thing I noticed just was that she just didn't really know what to do. But then this whole story came out about how the male law firm partners treat her that she'd never told me because of the equine coaching. "I'm sure there's going to become more in this field"
