Mackinzie describes four different was to deliver cultural change, or any sort of change within an organization. In order to achieve that change of mind, there are four things that need to be provided. The first is understanding and conviction, so the why behind the change. Second is reinforcement mechanisms - making sure that you're enabling and also rewarding the new behavior. Third is developing talent and skills, so that can people actually do what you're asking them to do. And then finally, there's wrolg modelling: People see others in their organization, at any level, acting in the same way.
