Plan a Change, Plan B Change
CNN's John Sutter explains the difference between plan a and plan b. Plan a is to move from one thing to another, with the idea that this is a permanent change going forward. Plan b could be something like buying second citizenship or setting up residence permit in europe. He says you may still choose to live abroad for two or three years before moving back home.
