Manuel: We're going to spend our time talking about Paul, aren't we? I think that's what Luke wants us to do. Is Paul the only one mentioned almost in the story? Let me read something from Manuel. When we are on the Lord's errand, President Thomas S. Monson promised we are entitled to the Lord's help. For proof of this, we need to look no further than Paul the Apostle. The section that we're looking at today, chapters 22 through 28, fit in the third part of a three-part division of the book of Acts.
