I call this the, your baby is ugly approach. Art Subject: Most humans view unsolicited advice from someone who has no credibility with them. So we've got to be subtle about it. Create curiosity, get them talking and then help them realize they have a problem and that they probably should fix it or they'd be better off fixing it.
