Most investors in this market would first they you know take the seller's word for it that it's free market. They'd likely hire a landlord tenant attorney and proceed with the transaction. What Carlisle did is very different. Before they even make an offer on the building, before they even go to the building, they asked for all of this paperwork upfront. And I don't not just the history of the rents, but for example, the original sales contract from when the seller bought the building.
