How to Manage Risk and Make Potentially the Most Timing Purchase of a Stock

All stocks are bad if they're underneath the 200 day moving average. Make sure your stocks are above the 50 day and the 50 day has to be above the 200 day. All these things are going to save you from a lot of pain. The daily timeframe is to say, okay, I know what the primary trend here is. And I have an idea of where it has the potential to go. Now in that shorter term timeframe, how do I manage risk and make potentially the most timely purchase with the least amount of risk? That's what it comes down to for me.
