"I like the longer arguments because I want y'all up there getting grilled," he says. "But at the same time, you know, is it better or worse for the decision-making process?" The court cut back on the amount of time it was giving the government in advance for amicus arguments from 15 minutes to 10 minutes. 'It would be a great world if the Supreme Court was hearing oral arguments three days a week and two weeks out of the month,' Scalia adds.
