Is There a Legislative Solution to Sexual Torts?

There are certainly harassments that need to be addressed in courts. The very broad and vague definition of sexual thoras has been a problem. We need to define it more carefully so that we can exclude cases that are really not significant enough to have employers on a panic over them. I don't think this is going to be an easily solved problem.
