Kellan's Story

Kellan claimed to have prayed upon up to 30 children aged between 6 and 8. He targeted most of his victims at the local swimming pool, infleading encounters in order to avoid detection. The abuse continued over a nine-year period. His first convicted child sex offence occurred in 1987 when he was 18 years old. There is no evidence to suggest Kellan himself had been abused growing up.
