The trial should have been about can she substantiate the allegations that she made in the washington post? Unless those 11 people lied tih the teeth and were all part of a huge, coordinated hoax. That is a problem because, firstly, that's not a legal question. And secondly, it goes to myths about domestic violence and sexual violence that i really thought we had overcome them.
