When you can get yourself out of that acutely emotional state. Other things that you can do and I have a whole suite of these breathing techniques in my book in your power is to, you know, literally once we start breathing six times a minute. We start to access that parasympathetic nervous system so, again, you can have more of that balance between that on button where you're energized to solve the problem as well as that off button where you have that relaxation.
