For a larger project like a conference, i'd just m helped sociocraty for all organize a conference this past year. And what we did was really to delegate things into operational roles. The idea is that not everything is ided in the group. So it's basically meeting to generate task lists and just saying, does this list look good? Ok, we consent to this list. Let's make things happen.
