Employee Privacy Policy

Companies are going to have to establish some sort of employee privacy policy. You're seeing that more and more, you can find templates for that on the web. That's really a policy that needs to be set jointly with knowledge management, HR, IT, and senior leadership. So I think you're going to start seeing more and more of that in these policies.
