What You Learned From the Decision Making Process?
I think that there is this concept of adding additional voices and insights and perspectives to the room. And so we decided that there's a pretty good balance between not having everybody participating in the decision, but having a subset that are focused. The other thing about our business is that it's all about how effective our people are and how empowered they feel. We need to be practitioners who understand and feel the primary work and make really good investment decisions.
