The Pecanism of Chef Doctor

Chef Doctor wants to create a soul food museum in the west side of Atlanta. A flautist played Amazing Grace for five minutes, backing music from a laptop that just kind of appeared up nowhere. "You have to get out of that mindset for public comment," Pecanism says.
