Is It a Hate Speech or a Medical Misinformation?

Kanye West has been banned from Twitter for a tweet that included an image of Elon Musk being sprayed with a hose. CNN's John Sutter says this goes back to the core concept of free speech which is whether you're willing to defend the most appalling speech and if you're not then that's not free speech. He also points out that even Elon Musk is still discussing how hate speech has gone down on the 2.0 everything platform he's calling everything app the new Twitter app.Sutter: This could be a stepping stone to Elon Musk adopting the IHRA definition of anti-Semitism on Twitter well as it stands now.
