This episode is already, by far, the longest episode of this show. We haven't even really gotten to california love. I am torn, apparently, between a desire to give you some modest percentage of the full context behind californiaLove and the more powerful desire to protect it from tragedies that led into it. This is emphatically not one of these deals where i argue that california Love is secretly a sad and tragic song. The whole point that, despite everything, it isn't. California love is a song of unity and ecstasy and victory and comradery, even if all that lasts only for the length of the song itself.
