Anxious self attachment was the number one article for a few days on psychology today. I heard from people that decided to try mere meditation to stop avoiding themselves. We should create psychometrically valid scales for both avoid an anxious self attachment and validate it with other attachment as well as narcissism lots of things vulnerable narcissism. That would be such a fun collaboration.
