The Insidious Aspects of the Risk Management Document
The idea was they would go to Palestinian refugees and say, well, we know we're just British researchers. But nonetheless, they are being paid by the British government to gather information on Palestinian refugees for their own purposes. It's a bit like it means that essentially British spies are using Western academics as kind of human shields in the same way that they use journalists as human shields as well.
