There are also longitudinal studies looking at the effects of those supplements on muscle growth, and they don't increase muscle growth. And so I don't think the effects of creatine on performance are the primary reason that creatine influences muscle growth. It's like you can maybe get a couple more reps, but now also to get the same stimulus for adaptation, you need to do those couple extra reps. Right.
