Building Capacity in the Moment in Team Coaching

This was sort of a really challenging case. I think it really forced me to draw on a lot of my background in conflict resolution, working with groups and coaching. Having some overarching frameworks to guide the process was really helpful. The second thing though is really more on a micro level is having some skills and tools like mediation to slow the communication process down.
